Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality is of paramount importance in the work we do at RFP Marketing. We know that best practices and “trade secrets” are earned over time and come from great effort and experience—something we would never consciously take away from our clients. Our team takes your intellectual property seriously and utilizes a number of security features to ensure your information remains solely yours. Non-Disclosure Agreements and password-protected file transfer portals are just a few of the ways RFP Marketing protects our client’s confidential materials and we are always more than willing to discuss any additional privacy measures that may be necessary.

Equal Opportunity Employment

At RFP Marketing, equal opportunity runs deep. This is particularly true for our hiring practices but also impacts other employment practices, such compensation and promotion decisions.

Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity training is not enough right now. The RFP Marketing team is committed to long-term organizational leadership, financial and external partnership commitments that will grow our business in partnership with diverse individuals and businesses of varied ethnicities.

We strongly encourage you to explore and utilize the Black-Owned Businesses directory provided by Official Black Wall Street as well as the following:

Women-owned businesses;
Native American-owned businesses;
Veteran-owned businesses;
LGBT-owned businesses; and
Rural businesses

RFP Marketing currently a small but growing firm, and we look forward to diversly expanding our team in the near future.

Website Accessibility

Disability is part of being human. Almost everyone will temporarily or permanently experience disability at some point in their life. Over one billion people – about 15% of the global population – live with some form of disability, and this number is increasing.

The individuality, equality and dignity of those with atypical abilities or disabilities is of paramount importance to the RFP Marketing team. We are dedicated to offering a quality online experience at www.rfp.marketing (the "Website") that is full and equal for everyone.

Our Website will continue to be assessed on a recurring basis from both an engineering and user-experience basis, including the use of assistive technology (such as screen readers and screen magnifiers), and the involvement of users with disabilities who use such assistive technologies.

Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing. If, at any time, you have any specific questions, feedback or concerns about the accessibility of any particular page within our Website, please contact us at hello@rfp.marketing

COVID-19 Response and Ongoing Safety Practices

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, RFP Marketing prioritized safety while continuing to support our clients, staff, and local communities. At that time, we relied heavily on virtual communication services like Zoom, FaceTime, and Skype, ensuring all meetings and interactions adhered to the highest safety standards. Any essential in-person interactions were conducted with strict attention to the well-being of all parties, and our team was fully equipped with PPE in accordance with CDC guidelines.

While those specific precautions are no longer required, we continue to implement best practices for safety and sanitation in all our operations. Our commitment to the health and safety of our clients and team members remains a top priority. Should you have any questions about our current practices, please feel free to contact us at hello@rfp.marketing
